CCS Introduces Monthly Inquiry Tours for Prospective Families

3rd Wednesday of Each Month

CCS is happy to invite prospective parents to visit our school. On the third Wednesday of every month during the school year, tours will be provided at 9:00am along with coffee and light refreshments. Our school tours, often provided by school parents, are a wonderful opportunity to see our facility and to see our students and faculty hard at work during the school day. School administration and staff are also availble to answer any questions you have at the end of your tour.

Please note: If the dates of our Wednesday Inquiry Tours does not suit your schedule, please feel free to call our Admissions Coordinator to schedule an individual tour at your convenience.

Guidance Counselor: CCS is seeking a state licensed guidance counselor for immediate full time employment for kindergarten through eighth grade. Welcome back!!! The PTO extends a warm welcome to CCS families and is excited about all of your support. We would like to invite you to our PTO meeting in the CCS library on Wednesday, September 8, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. There will be free childcare. Hope to see you there!! Used Uniform Sale Dates

The Used Uniform Sale dates during the summer months are as follows:

Tuesday, July 13th from 10:00am – 12:00pm

Tuesday, August 3rd from 10:00am – 12:00pm

Please feel free to come at these times to see if uniforms you need are available. If the above dates do not fit into your schedule, please call CCS (964-0400) to obtain the phone number of our Used Uniform Sale coordinator. She will be happy to set up an appointment to purchase used uniforms at a mutually mutually convenient time.

Eagle Scout Project to Benefit CCS

Gregory Lewis, a 2007 graduate of CCS, is working toward the Boy Scout rank of Eagle Scout. In his effort to have his Eagle project benefit CCS, he has built a shelter beside CCS’s lower field. The shelter will be used for outdoor classes, parties, committee meetings, etc. We encourage you to come by and see this great new addition to our school. CCS thanks Gregory his volunteer crew who helped make this project a reality.

Enrollment Update

We currently have limited seats available in a variety of grades.

This fall, as a complement to our pre-kindergarten program, we are offering an extended day option for our pre-k students. The Extended Day Program will provide an extended day for children whose parents desire additional socialization for their child or extended school hours that correspond to older siblings’ school day and/or meet the demands of their work schedules. The program offers a variety of engaging activities that include story time, free play, and centers. Enrollment is offered 12:00-3:00 on days of regular morning Pre-K. Prorated tuition rates are available for commitments for specific weekdays (i.e. every Tuesday). Drop in use of the Pre-K Extended Day Program will be based on space availability on that day.
