Auction Registration/Ticket Purchase


Ticket price for Auction 2009 is $60 per person.
Tickets must be purchased in advance - no walk-ins allowed on auction night.

Before starting the registration process, make sure you have:

Credit Card
Our online registration system requires a credit card for payment. If you need to pay with a check, you should contact the school development office at (434) 964-0400, ext. 301. (We encourage everyone to use the online registration because it seamlessly and accurately imports bidder registration information into our auction management software).
Dinner Choice for each person you are registering
(Choices: Baked King Salmon Brulee, Crimini Mushroom and Boursin Chicken, or Chef's Vegetarian Special)
Address for each person you are registering
This is necessary so we can mail a receipt after the auction. Be as complete as possible, but corrections can be made at check-in on auction night.
"Group Name" if you want to sit with someone else
If you wish to sit with other people who are registering independently, you must ALL specify the EXACT SAME "Group Name" during registration in order for the computerized system to recognize that you wish to be matched and assigned to the same table. (the computer will recognize "Smith/Jones Table", "Smith/Jones", "Smith-Jones", "Jones/Smith", and "seat me with J.Jones" as five different grouping requests and you may not get seated together.)
If your whole group will not be filling a table of 10, but rather a table of 4 or 6, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated at the same table as others registering with the same "Group Name", but we will do our best to honor seating requests. .

Registration for Auction 2009 is now closed. Please return to our site in early 2010 to register for our next auction.
