A few important notes about the registration process:

1. Our online system requires a credit card for payment. If you need to pay with a check, you should contact the school development office at (434) 964-0400, ext. 301. (We encourage everyone to use the online registration because it seamlessly and accurately imports bidder registration information into our auction management software).
2. You will be asked to make a dinner entree selection for each person registered.
3. The address you provide for each person will be used to mail their itemized receipt following the auction. Please make sure you complete the registration information as thoroughly as possible for each registrant.
4. During registration, you will be asked to specify a "Group Name". This is a name that identifies people who wish to be seated at the same table.
   * Important * If you wish to sit with other people who are registering independently, you must ALL specify the SAME "Group Name" in order for our system to know you wish to be assigned to the same table.
   If you are not registering a whole table of 10 at this time, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated at the same table as others registering with the same "Group Name", but we will do our best to honor seating requests.
