Accreditation

As a result of strong academic performance and demonstrated dedication to the faith community, CCS achieved initial accreditation by the Virginia Catholic Education Association in 2000. Continuing its tradition of excellence, the school was awarded re-accreditation with "exemplary" status in the spring of 2006 by the Virginia Catholic Education Association and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). A five-year plan is underway as CCS works toward subsequent re-accreditation in 2012. Each year CCS has an annual plan that is implement and updated as part of this 5-year process.
