Middle School Science Teacher: Charlottesville Catholic School in Charlottesville, Virginia, is seeking a middle school science teacher (6-8) for the 2014-2015 school year, with a current VA state Teaching License. Marketing and Events Coordinator:Charlottesville Catholic School is seeking a full-time marketing and events coordinator. The successful applicant will plan, direct and implement overall strategies for marketing and communications in order to increase the school’s visibility, advance its brand, and articulate clear messaging to internal and external constituencies. The Marketing coordinator will work with the Admission Coordinator to plan and implement a comprehensive public relations and communications plan for the school, and oversee three major annual fundraising events hosted by Charlottesville Catholic School. A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience is required. Knowledge of web design and administration plus. Must have excellent writing skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong interpersonal skills. Technology Coordinator: Charlottesville Catholic School in Charlottesville, Virginia, is seeking a technology coordinator for the 2014-2015 school year. The successful candidate must be familiar with managing, servicing, and upgrading a Windows-based network of about 200 computers, experience with Windows Server 2003 administrative tools, including File Sharing, Group Policy, Networking, and Active Directory, Experience with administrating Google Apps for Education, and capable of troubleshooting and fixing networking and computer issues. In addition, the candidate must be able to assist faculty, staff, and students with general technical issues and the use of educational software in the classroom; to learn new tools and platforms and assist teachers and staff with implementing them into the classroom, have knowledge of HTML/CSS and managing a WordPress driven site, and be able to work collaboratively with an instructional team.
