Uniform Ordering Information

Our uniform suppliers are Rose Uniforms. and Lands' End.
Due to the desire for consistency, there are some items that can only be purchased from Rose Uniforms. (see specific requirements for details.) Unless it is specified that an item can be purchased at any store, all items must come from the required supplier.
 
Ties are ordered during the school year through the homeroom teacher. Click here for tie order form

About Items with the CCS crest logo

Knit shirts and outerwear must have the CCS logo applied. You must identify our school by name or code when placing an order. The Rose Uniform item numbers specify the CCS logo for these items, but Lands End requires that you request the logo be applied when you order the item.

You need to identify CCS when placing your order with either company. This allows them to provide you with the correct items and logo as well as gives the school a financial credit. (Rose Uniforms donates 10% back to CCS and Lands End donates 3%).

• Attend the Rose uniform sale held at the school during the summer (usually in June - keep an eye on the school calendar for the date)

On their site, the photos are intended to show the style of the item - the colors shown in the images may not be the colors that are part of our uniform.)

Lands End supplies most items but does not supply the plaid jumpers, plaid skirts, white blouse for grades K-5, or PE items. The specific requirements pages have links directly to the supplied items on the Lands End web site.

Important note on Item Numbers for Lands' End

The links provided on the requirements pages should get you to the right item on the Lands End web site. If it gives you two almost identical items, choose the one that says "Receive Preferred School contribution with purchase " next to it. You can also find items by entering the item number into the search function on the Lands End pages.

The item numbers sometimes change. Please let the CCS webmaster know if you notice any errors, incorrect numbers, or links that do not work.
